Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Houston, TX, with opportunities for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing records, and supporting executive-level staff with administrative needs. The role will also involve maintaining records, ensuring effective communication within the team, and assisting with clerical operations to ensure efficient office workflows.There will also be “marketing assistant” like tasks as we are a amrketkng agency. Some social media management, email marketing & other markeitng support. Experience on this preferred but not required. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, record-keeping, and organizing documentsStrong Executive Administrative Assistance and Communication skills to support leadership and ensure effective collaborationExcellent Phone Etiquette for managing calls and professionally communicating with clients and colleaguesFlexibility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasksDetail-oriented with time management and organizational abilitiesPrevious experience in similar administrative roles is preferredProficiency in office software and tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
