Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY:Assists in the organization and processing of the Volunteer Program for the implementation of volunteers contributing services to the Auxiliary to South Texas Health System and South Texas Health System.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a non-profit volunteer organization, preferred. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of staffing and onboarding experience required.2. Good written and oral communication skills3. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.EDUCATION / LICENSURE:1.
