Mazak Mill Turn Operator

company is looking for an experienced CNC machinist. The ideal candidate would possess excellent communications skills, a history of good attendance, work in a team environment and be willing to take ownership of operating this machine. Other responsibilities will include: Dimensional inspection and documentation per drawing, complete check sheets, and follow procedures. Visually inspect parts and tools for signs of wear, etc... Daily machine maintenance of oils, filters, etc... The ideal person has experience with: Mazak Mill Turn machines and Mazatrol controls. HASS -Vertical mills with trunnions for 5-axis capabilities. Machining various materials such as Stainless Steel Titanium Standard quality instruments such as micrometers, optical comparators, etc... Experience that would be helpful: Understanding GD&T, profiles, true position, datums, etc... Medical device, aerospace, defense industries. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime. Pay is based upon skill and experience.
