Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MHA Education Grant Assistant, located in Bismarck, ND. The position involves assisting with grant writing and research, maintaining financial and program records, and preparing reports related to educational grant activities. The Grant Assistant will be responsible for supporting grant management processes, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Additional duties may include organizing events, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the development of new education initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Grant Writing, Research, and Report PreparationAdministrative abilities, including strong organizational and record-keeping skillsCommunication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and maintain professional correspondenceAnalytical skills to ensure compliance with grant requirements and identify funding opportunitiesProficiency in standard office software and toolsKnowledge of educational programs, funding opportunities, and experience working in or with indigenous communities is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
