This role requires someone who can confidently run the store independently when needed while delivering an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities include:Providing personalized styling and wardrobe recommendationsBuilding strong client relationships and repeat businessDriving sales through elevated customer service and product knowledgeMaintaining visual merchandising and overall store presentationAssisting with inventory processing, organization, and managementSupporting daily boutique operations and maintaining store standardsStaying informed on current fashion trends, fits, and luxury/contemporary brandsWe are looking for someone with strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to drive sales and create meaningful client relationshipsPassion for fashion, styling, swimwear, and resort wearStrong understanding of fit, styling, and brand awarenessExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong visual merchandising instincts and aesthetic sensibilitySelf-starter mindset with a high level of accountabilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environmentMust have prior experience in fashion retail, styling, clienteling, or boutique sales
