5 years of experience in site IT support and incident managementProficiency in ITIL processes and service asset managementGxP knowledge preferredStrong knowledge of network infrastructure including firewalls switches routers IP subnetting and Layer 14 securityAbility to work independently and provide offhours supportStrong multitasking coordination and organizational skillsKnowledge of SCADA MES and Kepware is a plusKnowledge of multiple Windows operating systems and databases
