School Behavior Specialist in Franklin, NH

Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Franklin, NH. This contract role supports middle school students within a public school setting, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in behavioral interventions and support strategies.Responsibilities:Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to middle school studentsCollaborate with educators and support staff to address behavioral challengesCollect and analyze behavioral data to assess progress and adjust interventionsProvide direct behavior support and coaching to studentsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goalsQualifications:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialExperience working in school settings, specifically supporting middle school-aged studentsProven background in behavior management and intervention techniquesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work full-time hours, approximately 32 to 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Franklin, NH contract position supporting the local middle schoolThis role starts ASAP and extends through June 2026, offering stability and the chance to impact student outcomes over a full academic year.
