Construction Program Coodinator

*Position Summary* We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Construction Program Coordinator to support a large-scale fiber construction program. This position serves as the central coordination point between the Program Manager, field crews, subcontractors, engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate understands OSP fiber construction and excels at tracking production, maintaining accurate documentation, following up on outstanding items, and communicating project updates. *Ideal Candidate* The successful candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of project information. They follow up consistently, keep accurate records, and ensure the Program Manager has timely information needed to make informed decisions. *Preferred Experience* * OSP/ISP telecommunications or fiber construction * Data center or hyperscale infrastructure * Contractor and subcontractor coordination * Construction scheduling and production tracking * QA/QC, customer reporting, and project closeout *Qualifications* * 2+ years of project or construction coordination experience preferred. * OSP fiber construction, telecommunications, utilities, or large-scale construction experience strongly preferred. * Familiarity with underground construction methods such as directional drilling, trenching, excavation, conduit installation, and fiber placement. * Strong Microsoft Excel, data-entry, reporting, and documentation skills. * Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools. * Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. * Comfortable working with field personnel, subcontractors, management, and customers. *Key Responsibilities* * Support the Program Manager with daily OSP construction coordination. * Track crew production, project milestones, schedules, completion percentages, and action items. * Collect and maintain daily production reports, project trackers, construction records, and dashboards. * Coordinate activities and communication among field crews, subcontractors, engineering, management, and customers. * Assist with crew scheduling, site access, inspections, materials, and project meetings. * Track project risks, delays, utility conflicts, scope changes, and change orders. * Maintain documentation related to permits, safety, quality, materials, and project closeout. * Prepare weekly status reports, meeting notes, and customer updates. * Support QA/QC documentation and construction closeout packages. * Proactively identify missing information and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders. _Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws._ Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Experience: * project or construction coordination: 2 years (Required) * Strong Microsoft Excel, data-entry, reporting: 2 years (Required) * Construction scheduling and production tracking: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
