Process Engineer Lead

Overview In this role you lead the design, development and execution of complex operational processes aligned with Grainger's strategy. You’ll perform advanced modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to uncover constraints and drive improvements. You will oversee large-scale projects, mentor engineers, and advance innovation through new technologies while ensuring safety and compliance. This role offers onsite collaboration across multiple distribution centers with meaningful impact on service, cost, and operational performance.
