Tier 2 Support Desk & Professional Services Project Specialist Location: Kennewick, WA (Office-based with some client site visits) About Us Robinson Tech is a values-driven IT services company built on Health, Relationship, Gratitude, and Curiosity. About the Role This position blends Tier 2 technical support (20%) with client-facing project work (80%). What You’ll Do - Resolve Tier 2 escalated issues and perform root cause analysis. - Execute assigned project tasks and milestones. - Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients. - Document progress and maintain compliance with security standards. What We’re Looking For - 3+ years IT support or related experience. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. - Experience in professional services or project execution. - Preferred: Network+, Azure Fundamentals, MCSA, PMP. MSP Experience Preferred: Familiarity with PSA tools such as Autotask PSA Experience with RMM platforms such as Datto RMM Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions like Datto BCDR Understanding of Agile service delivery workflows Prior work in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment Benefits - Health benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision - Simple IRA retirement option. - $100/month cell phone allowance. - Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
