Based in Hollywood, FL, our firm prides itself on professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.ResponsibilitiesHandle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, PERM, I-140, I-485, and family-based petitionsOversee case strategy, preparation, and filing with USCIS, DOL, and Department of StateSupervise and guide paralegals in case preparation and document collectionReview and finalize forms, petitions, and supporting documentationRespond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), audits, and government inquiriesMaintain direct client communication and provide legal guidanceEnsure compliance with immigration regulations and processing timelinesRequirementsJ.D. and active FL bar admissionMinimum 3–5 years of business immigration experienceStrong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with immigration case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix, Camplegal)Compensation & BenefitsSalary commensurate with experienceHealth insurance and 401(k)10 days PTO plus federal holidays
