This hire will step into an active backlog, support newly awarded work, and play a key role in client management and project delivery.This role is ideal for someone who is polished, relationship-focused, and experienced managing large commercial projects in the paint sector.What You’ll DoOversee new construction projects from award through closeoutRegularly meet with clients, visit active jobsites, and maintain strong customer relationshipsFamiliarity with Buzzbid Estimating SoftwareLead negotiations on change orders and resolve A/B-level project issuesCollaborate with internal APMs/PMs, who handle much of the internal operational workloadEnsure project schedules, budget goals, and quality standards are metRepresent the company professionally with owners, GCs, and project partnersWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in commercial painting project management or other construction sector experienceStrong communicator with a customer-first mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize field presenceCapable of owning relationship management more than pure back-office operationsDriven, polished, and comfortable handling client-facing responsibilitiesInterested?
