We’re Hiring: Senior Python DeveloperWorking Model: RemoteAt Gini Talent, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join one of our international projects.We are looking for an experienced Python developer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, and Microsoft Azure.Key QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Python and solid software engineering fundamentalsHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry for rapid prototyping and demosExperience building solutions with modern LLMs and agent frameworks, such as LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic KernelStrong knowledge of NLP and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, rerankers, and model evaluationStrong architectural skills across data, model, and application layersClear understanding of trade-offs, risks, and compliance considerations in AI systemsExperience with tool/function calling and structured outputs for reliable integrationsPractical exposure to major LLM providers and open-source models, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and MistralExperience with testing, CI/CD, and version controlWe are looking for someone who combines strong Python development skills with practical experience in modern AI technologies and can contribute to building reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
