The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in construction management.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work meets specifications and safety standards.Lead and manage construction teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.Monitor project schedules and costs to ensure timely and within-budget completion.Communicate project status and resolve on-site issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and employee hours.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of Superintendent, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management.Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and manage resources effectively.OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred).High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus.Salary:$75,000-$90,000 for a Superintendent
