Duties
Support project managers in reviewing and interpreting construction plans and specifications to facilitate accurate execution
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
Utilize construction management software to track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Contribute to cost management efforts by analyzing data for budget tracking, cost estimates, and procurement planning
Help oversee safety protocols on-site by conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, scheduling updates, and potential risks to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Requirements
Experience in construction site management software
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project planning, and cost management techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel data analysis skills
Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction plans and specifications
Familiarity with construction industry standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent analysis skills combined with effective time management to meet tight deadlines
