Field Inspector

Job DescriptionThe Inspector will inspect work in progress and ensure that all proper construction methods and protocol are followed. They will also verify that work is performed to customer specifications.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee adherence to customer specificationsOversee the plow blade as it goes into the ground to plow the cableOversee the contractor's performanceVerify the contractor's decisions prior to the plow going into the groundMonitor each customer's request as it pertains to the contract, on the siteMake sure all NESC specifications are followedMake sure all Company Safety standards are adhered toLog and report daily productionVerify the customer's quality control processes are adhered to and work meets customers’ expectationsPosition RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
