Front End UI Developer/ Fullstack Developer(FronEnd Heavy)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ MonthsRate: $50–52/hr W2 Max(Only W2 workable) (No sponsership will provided)Experience: 5-8 YearsInterview Process: Teams Interview + Final Round OnsiteJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Front-End UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI technologies to build scalable enterprise applications and reusable component libraries. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AG Grid, cloud deployment environments, and exposure to Python/Django APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, AG Grid, HTML5, and CSS3.Build reusable UI components and maintain shared component libraries using Storybook.Deploy and manage applications through Azure CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Python/Django APIs.Optimize application performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility.Implement authentication mechanisms including SSO, OAuth2/OIDC, and RBAC.Produce clean, maintainable, testable code and technical documentation.Follow engineering best practices and contribute to architecture discussions.Required Skills8+ years of Front-End/UI development experience.Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.Hands-on experience with AG Grid, including server-side data loading and performance optimization.Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, browser APIs, accessibility, and UI performance tuning.Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.Exposure to Python/Django APIs and backend integrations.Experience building reusable component libraries using Storybook.Knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, and RBAC security models.Experience with Vite, Webpack, npm workspaces, monorepos, Gulp, or Grunt.Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Nice to HaveBackend development experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET.Event-driven architecture experience (queues, messaging systems, gRPC).Azure operational support experience.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
