Exposure to modernization projects (e.g., re-engineering or re-platforming mainframe workloads).Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps for mainframe (e.g, Git, Jenkins for z/OS).Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS (if the role involves modernization).
