Knowledge Manager Junior
Overview
In this role you support Cyberspace Operations by delivering knowledge management and content support to sustain national cyberspace capabilities. You will work within the RMS-Svcs-LMOS team to organize, share, and maintain critical information for cyber operations planning and readiness. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate knowledge resources and contribute to mission-focused outcomes. ResponsibilitiesProvide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with core disciplines such as Cyberspace Operations, Planning, Training & Exercises, Strategy/Policy/Doctrine Development, Assessments, IT/Communications, and Project Management.Coordinate, synchronize, deconflict, and integrate operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.Develop and implement Knowledge Management (KM) strategies, policies, and procedures.Upload and tag documents in content management systems; perform routine metadata audits.Assist in preparing knowledge sharing resources and maintain knowledge repositories.Post, edit, and manage content on classified and unclassified portals (e.g., SharePoint, DoD-approved CMS).Contribute to drafting formal responses to RFIs and facilitate KM Working Groups and other forums.
Key requirementsHigh School Diploma + 3–5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 1–3 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree + 1 year of relevant experienceCurrent US Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ polyExperience creating, implementing, and improving KM strategies, policies, and proceduresExperience uploading and tagging documents in content management systems; metadata audits; knowledge-sharing resource preparationStrong written communicationAttention to detailFacilitation skillsContent management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, or custom CMS)Designing logical file structures, shared drives, and security groupsPosting and maintaining content on classified and unclassified portals
