The CoreLife Personal Trainer position is an essential role within the care model, tasked with creating an immersive and energetic environment to increase the use of "movement" as a treatment tool.We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our Lexington Park, MD office 4-day work week 10-hour workday, and will primarily:Discuss and remove any barriers, in addition to facilitating positive exercise experiences. Patients enter the CoreLife program apprehensive about beginning an exercise routine.Develop and implement movement plans to help reduce pain, better perform daily activities for patients, and execute tailored fitness programs using corrective and functional exercise practices.Perform one-on-one and small-group exercises.Work with a collaborative team of clinicians, registered dietitians, and behavioral health specialists.s a CoreLife Personal Trainer, You Can Expect:Pay: $45,000-$50,000/annual salaryBonus opportunity of up to $12,000/annual in addition to base salaryLiability insuranceReferral programProfessional development assistanceEmployee discountMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offRetirement planQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Exercise related field (preferred)Certification in Personal Training from nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) (must be active)Current CPR/AED certificationPrevious experience with group fitness instruction is a plus but not necessary.
