You will build and report production redline packages for outside plant construction to ensure neat and accurate final product client deliverables. ‎ : Connecting you to great benefits Hybrid Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! ‎ : What you’ll do as a Billing Specialist - Redline Collect and combine all data related to new plant placed in relation to individual jobs completed Create clear design As-built maps detailing all new plant placed by construction for each job completed Monitor incoming requests for design verifications Analyze test results for completeness Coordinate site verifications when needed Communicate with supervisors and/or subcontractors to obtain, share, verify and validate information Submit redline packages for final review, approval and entry Assist in other recording and billing processes as necessary ‎ : What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company High School diploma or equivalent Redline process experience Telecommunication construction or utilities industry experience preferred Works well both independently and on a team Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail, Adobe Ability to learn multiple billing systems and job management systems and/or shared sheets Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. Proficiency in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software. Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
