SANITATION TECHNICIAN- NIGHT SHIFT

Sanitation Technician- Night ShiftWe are seeking a reliable Sanitation Technician to support overnight cleaning operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment, with a primary focus on dishroom operations, including cleaning and sanitizing dishware, utensils, and related equipment. The position also supports general facility and equipment cleaning in accordance with food safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Perform dishroom sanitation duties, including cleaning and sanitizing dishware, utensils, racks, and dishroom equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dishroom area throughout the shiftClean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and facility areas as assignedUse cleaning chemicals and sanitizers safely and in accordance with guidelinesOperate sanitation equipment such as pressure washers, foamers, floor machines, and dishroom systemsPerform cleaning in wet, fast-paced environmentsFollow daily cleaning schedules and instructions from supervisorsMaintain compliance with food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Keep work areas clean, organized, and safeUse tools such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and scrapers effectivelySupport additional sanitation and facility needs as assignedRequirements include:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move wheeled carts using proper equipment and safe handling techniquesComfortable working overnight shifts in a production environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a wet, fast-paced dishroom settingAbility to bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasksComfortable working around moisture, heat, and cleaning chemicalsAbility to read and follow safety instructions and chemical labelsReliable attendance and ability to follow directionAdditional details:Schedule: Night shift (hours may vary based on operational needs)Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting
