Hardware / Board DesignStrong experience in schematic design (must-have)Exposure to PCB layout design (basic to intermediate)Experience with UI/UX control boards (LCD, indicators, display systems)2. Tools / PCB Design SoftwarePreferred: Altium Designer (for layout)Also acceptable:Cadence Allegro PCB DesignerOrCAD PCB DesignerMentor Graphics PADS / Mentor Graphics Xpedition3. Chipset / Controller ExperienceHands-on experience with boards based on:NXPQualcomm STMicrocontrollers 4. Validation & Testing (Major Focus)Hands-on experience in:EMI / EMC testingHigh Voltage testingThermal testingConnectivity testing (WiFi / BLE)5. Interfaces & ProtocolsExperience with low-level buses:I2CSPISensor interfacing on boards is required6. Certifications (Nice to Have)Exposure to:FCCICClient-specific certificationsCandidate Profile:Strong hands-on hardware engineer (not just theoretical/design)Experience in board design + validation + debuggingBackground in consumer electronics / embedded systems / appliances preferredNice-to-Have:EMI/EMC & certification exposureExperience with display/UI-based boardsRed Flags:Only PCB layout experience (no validation)Only embedded/software backgroundNo hands-on testing (EMI/thermal/etc.)
