Cook / Cashier / Shift Manager Job Description: We are looking for a Team Member to join our fast-paced and customer-oriented Wingstop restaurant. Wingstop’s mission is to serve the world flavor. As a cook at Wingstop, you will be responsible for preparing quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day-to-day. This position is critical to Wingstop; ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation maintaining the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer; follows and comprehends the importance of proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures. The restaurant cook must be able to successfully focus on their job in a calm, yet efficient manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to practice safe cooking procedures Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets Cook and prepare all food in compliance with Wingstop procedures Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily, following all safety precautions and procedures Assist in keeping the kitchen clean throughout the shift and at closing time Know and thoroughly understand the importance of good hygiene and food handling practices Leave customer with a positive, long-lasting impression of their WINGSTOP experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14+ per hour Benefits: Employee Food Discount Flexible Schedule Paid Training Shift: 4-8 hour shifts Day, Evening, and Late Nights Available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
