Our client, a global tech company, is seeking a Security Contracts Analyst.Apply today for consideration!Role – Security Contracts AnalystLocation: 2225 Lawson Lane, Santa Clara, CA – RemoteDuration: 7 Months ContractPay Range: $108 – $112/hr.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Contracts Analyst , responsible for ensuring that security-related contractual agreements align with information security standards, organizational policies, and enterprise architecture.Work closely with legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risk, refine contract language, and support secure business operations.Collaborate with internal legal, commercial, and cross-functional teams to review and enhance contractual language related to information security and data protection.Analyze contractual terms and assess their impact on the organization's security posture, providing recommendations to mitigate risks.Ensure alignment between security requirements and enterprise architecture in contractual agreementsStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in information security and contract management.Navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business and security requirements.Support the development of standardized security language and frameworks for contracts.Communicate security risks and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualifications:Experience leveraging AI tools for contract analysis, risk assessment, or workflow automation is a plus.5+ years of experience in Information Security with application to contracts, risk, or compliance.4+ years of legal or contract management experience within a technology or corporate environment.Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape including SaaS and cloud security principlesKnowledge of data protection, security frameworks, and regulatory requirementsAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentCISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certificationsBachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Law, or a related field preferredRussell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityRussell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
