What You Will Do
Evaluate patients thoroughly to identify functional limitations and goals
Develop individualized plans of care that drive meaningful outcomes
Provide hands-on, patient-centered treatment in a 1:1 setting
Track progress and adjust care plans based on patient response
Collaborate with team members to ensure a strong, coordinated care experience
Support and guide support staff or team members as needed

A licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for Louisiana licensure)

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year
