Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to take ownership of high-level AR functions, improve cash flow, resolve complex account issues, and strengthen customer relationships. What You'll Do Lead AR operations including payment application, collections strategy, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation Manage high-value or escalated customer accounts and communicate directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances Research and resolve chargebacks, deductions, returns, unallocated cash, and adjustments Perform advanced reconciliation work, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close Generate AR aging reports, trend analysis, cash-flow insights, and partner with leadership on process improvements Support cross-functional teams including sales, credit, customer service, billing, and finance Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies Identify root causes of delinquency and recommend solutions to reduce outstanding balances and improve DSO What We're Looking For 4+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections experience Strong understanding of AR processes: cash application, deductions, credit analysis, reconciliations, and collections Comfortable handling complex accounts, escalations, and problem-solving Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Epicor, or similar) Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables preferred) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Why You'll Love This Role High-visibility position supporting accounting leadership Opportunity to improve processes and influence outcomes Stable and growing organization Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential Supportive team environment with opportunities to make an immediate impact Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Amaka Mozie Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
