LVN/LPN Charge Nurse $3000 sign on bonus - New grads welcome

STGi is currently seeking an LVN Charge Nurse (LVN) to provide services at The William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home.***A $3000 sign-on bonus will be paid to full-time employees. The William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home is located in Temple, TX. Our staff provides compassionate and specialized care to our nation's veterans. We focus on providing the best experience for residents and their families. JOB SUMMARY: To contribute to the success of the community by providing quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents by implementing specific procedures/programs and being in compliance with all STGi policies and procedures, state regulations and federal regulations.REQUIRED EDUCATION:Must have a current and valid LVN nursing license in the state of Texas, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required prior to performing work, preferably from American Heart Association (AHA), or have the ability to obtain certification within thirty (30) days of employment.STGi offers a competitive benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match and a generous PTO policy.
