Auto Sort Operator/Vision-X OperatorThe Auto Sort Operator/Vision-X Operator is responsible for ensuring that Vision-X system is working properly and that all components are maintained and in good working order. This position is a production/productivity related position.Essential Duties:Order entry of return loads into the HMI or Graphical user interfaceRemoves dunnage from inbound palletsClears jams in the system TipperFlipperVision Booths3 StackersRuns accumulation tipperPerforms routine maintenance to ensure that photo lens and laser scanners are kept clean and functioningMonitors the system to accuracy issues and reports out as needed to correct the problemOther duties as assignedLearn, understand, and adhere to all PECO safety policies and procedures for the depot as well as for your roleEducation, Skills and Experience:Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED)Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessaryGood understanding of machine mechanics and how to make small repairsPhysical Requirements:Employee will need to be able to lift 65lbs repeatedlyEmployee will be standing most of the dayEmployee will periodically climb up and down stairs to clear machine jamsWork Conditions:Work is performed in a warehouse environmentDust associated with pallet repair operationsNoise associated with pallet repair operations
