In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers delivering advanced ground system solutions. As part of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team, you will integrate, verify, and validate complex systems to ensure they meet performance, quality, and mission requirements. You will develop test plans and procedures, evaluate system functionality and interfaces, build and maintain test environments, analyze system performance, and collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, mission-critical capabilities.What You Will DoExecute the program's test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture, verification, and validation activitiesSupport full lifecycle integration and testing of real-time ground software systems, including software installation, test execution, regression testing, and root cause analysisCollaborate with multidisciplinary and multi-vendor teams to integrate, validate, and verify software releases from upstream development teamsSupport customer-led mission test events and system-level integration activitiesPartner with Raytheon senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development, integration, and test executionContribute to Agile software development activities as part of a collaborative, cross-functional program teamQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5+ years of prior relevant experienceExperience supporting software integration and/or test activities within a government software development programExperience developing, executing, and integrating automated tests using automated test frameworks and toolsExperience developing scripts using Python and/or PerlActive and transferrable U.S. government-issued DoD TS/SCI clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We PreferExperience working in an Agile development environment using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BitbucketExperience with automated testing tools, including CucumberExperience developing and deploying software in cloud-based environmentsExperience using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as Cameo Systems ModelerExperience with the systems engineering lifecycle, including one or more of the following: Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, requirements management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, or verification and validationProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
