Client Service Associate
Client Service Associate AGW Capital Advisors is a private wealth management firm in Tampa, FL. We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team to assist in providing excellent service to our clients. Prioritizing client needs and helping solve problems proactively is an important part of our culture.Compensation:Salary range of $65K-85K, commensurate with relevant experienceIndividual and team bonus programsGreat work/life balance with a Monday-Friday scheduleHealth insurance plan with company contribution ($750/month max)Retirement plan with employer match & profit-sharing contributionAdditional employer retirement contribution to a cash balance pension planGenerous PTO policy & paid holidays 15 PTO days for the first year, growing each yearProfessional, fun, motivating atmosphereResponsibilities include:Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mindProcess account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry-specific administrative tasksClient onboarding and initial account setupGenerate various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reportsAlternative investment processing (subscriptions and redemptions, capital calls, notices and document processing)Requirements:1 year of financial services experienceSeries 65 or the ability to obtain after hireAdept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Experience with our software is not required, but is a plus: Schwab, By All Accounts, Tamarac, WealthboxSkills:Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesOrganization skills & attention to detailAbility to anticipate client and advisor needsAbility to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your timeAbility to learn and implement new technology and softwareAbility to communicate well and work in a collaborative environmentAbility to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacyThe Process:Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute Zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will be invited for an interview with the team.
