LegitScript Certified, 503A pharmacy-backed, physician-led — and genuinely at an inflection point.You'll report directly to the SVP of Growth & Strategy and own the direct-to-consumer P&L across both brands. This isn't a marketing director role with \"GM\" in the title. You'll touch acquisition, conversion, retention, operations, pricing, and team-building. The full stack.What You'll OwnP&L responsibility for direct-to-consumer revenue across Extension Health and EHRX, with quarterly targets you set and defendEHRX growth — scaling the telehealth business nationally, owning channel strategy, consumer acquisition, funnel optimization, and new treatment launchesPerformance marketing — overseeing paid media across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, working with our agency and building toward an internal teamConversion and retention — CRO, subscription growth, LTV, email and lifecycle strategyGo-to-market — owning product launches, promotional calendars, and pricing strategy for EHRXTechnology and operations — owning the direct-to-consumer stack and telehealth consumer journey from first click to first shipmentReporting and accountability — weekly revenue reporting, forecasting, and clear analysis of what's workingTeam building — hiring and developing your team as the business scalesWho We're Looking ForYou've been a Senior Manager or Director at a venture-backed consumer health company — think Hims, Ro, Keeps, Noom, Care/of, or a similar brand. You know the playbook.
