You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Work alongside senior software engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customersParticipate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implementedComplete complex projects and stories, demonstrating a solid understanding of the codebaseParticipate in researching, defining and implementing best practices, standards and new technologiesContribute to the selection of the appropriate software development approach for projects, etc.Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest qualityCollaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviewsProvide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectivesWork with Enterprise Architects to design our servicesWhat you’ll bring:5+ years full-stack software development experience ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based systemExperience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React or Angular, and cloud services (AWS preferred)Knowledge of Node, NoSQL, Redis, Playwright or Selenium desirableExperience with designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving softwareExperience in developing enterprise software that exceeds the industry standards for security, accessibility and user experienceA passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and growCulture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-throughAI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomesFuel performance and outcomes.
