This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, fast-paced environment where HR plays a critical role in shaping employee experience and organizational success.Position OverviewThe HR Generalist will serve as a key partner across the organization, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and employee lifecycle management, while also supporting a broad range of HR functions. This individual will help build and maintain HR processes that scale with growth, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & New Hire Experience Lead and manage the full onboarding process from offer acceptance through first 90 daysCoordinate new hire orientation, systems access, and documentationContinuously improve onboarding processes to enhance employee engagement and retentionEmployee Relations & Support Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related mattersAssist in resolving employee concerns with professionalism and discretionPromote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance cultureHR Operations Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systemsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsSupport benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiriesPerformance Management & Development Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiativesPartner with leadership on employee engagement strategiesRecruiting Support Collaborate with talent acquisition on scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding handoffHelp support hiring initiatives during periods of rapid growthProcess Improvement & Projects Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiencyParticipate in HR projects tied to company growth and scaling effortsQualifications3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar roleStrong experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle managementKnowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferredExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborativeHRIS experience (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar) preferredBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredWhy Join?Be part of a rapidly growing and innovative entertainment companyHigh visibility role with opportunity to make a real impactCollaborative, people-first cultureCompetitive compensation + bonus potentialExcellent benefits packageFlexibility of a fully remote role with periodic travelInterested?If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply today.
