Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account Manager, Construction$90,000 - $100,000A premier, specialized firm focusing on bespoke retail and captive insurance solutions and advanced risk mitigation that takes pride in helping clients across industries like construction, manufacturing, and real estate reduce risk and maximize profit through customized strategies.We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to partner with a small team working on a large book of construction accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Construction related accounts, including GL, WC, Umbrella, Inland Marine, and Builders Risk exposures.Handle renewals, new business, and endorsements by collecting and reviewing payroll, loss runs, SOVs, fleet lists, subcontractor details, and project info.Prepare accurate underwriting submissions.Create clear policy issuance and billing instructions to ensure timely and correct binding.Manage post-bind service needs such as carrier communication, certificates, claims notices, and onboardingAddress client, carrier, and internal questions on policy changes, audits, billing, endorsements, and coverage.Keep underwriting files organized and compliant with carrier and agency requirements.Ideal Traits:A go-getter with strong follow-through and responsivenessFamiliarity with loss runs and commercial lines workflowsLicensed in P&C in NY requiredAbility to work in-person on a high energy collaborative teamAMS360 proficiencyCompany Offers:Competitive salary plus performance-based incentivesRevenue share programComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement planContinuing education and licensing supportFor consideration, confidentially send your resume to bethany.delahunt@gogpac.com, call 203-548-9232 for more information.
