There will be a considerable amount of customer service to support the existing loan portfolio and address inquiries from both internal and external customers. Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for underwriting and find solutions to customer matters. This position requires continual attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. This position is Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
