Kitchen Team Member

Overview Bella Flan, a growing Cuban bakery and café in Richardson, is looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our back-of-house crew. We are looking to expand our hours and need you. You’ll help prepare our signature pastries, flans, Cuban sandwiches, and more—all while working in a supportive kitchen environment. Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred Duties As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Prep pastries, empanadas, and Cuban sandwiches Bake flans, cakes, and other desserts Fry items like croquetas, empanadas and papa rellenas Assist on the line during busy hours Help with dishes and general kitchen cleanup Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Assisting with catering events as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
