Compliance Analyst

This role plays a key part in supporting our Compliance Program through monitoring, audit support, regulatory reporting, and policy maintenance.The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure things are done the right way, bringing structure and clarity to complex regulatory requirements while collaborating across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Monitoring & Audits: Support internal audits and ongoing monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards Documentation & Tracking: Maintain clear, organized records of audit findings, remediation efforts, and compliance documentation Regulatory Reporting: Assist with preparation and submission of required regulatory filings Policy & Procedure Maintenance: Support updates and ongoing management of internal policies and compliance materials Audit Coordination: Gather and organize documentation for internal and external audits, working across teams as needed Risk Awareness: Identify potential compliance risks and escalate concerns appropriately Training Coordination: Support compliance training efforts, including tracking completion and maintaining records Qualifications2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal support, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience in financial services, trust administration, or regulated environments is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat Success Looks LikeExecutes compliance monitoring and audit support activities accurately and on time Maintains clear, organized documentation for audits, reporting, and internal tracking Proactively identifies potential risks or inconsistencies and escalates appropriately Builds strong cross-department relationships to support efficient audit and compliance effortsContributes to a well-prepared, audit-ready environment with minimal last-minute disruptionWhy Join Peak?At Peak Trust Company, relationships are at the heart of everything we do, with our clients, our partners, and our team.You’ll join a collaborative, driven organization that values consistency, professionalism, and doing things the right way.
