Territory Sales RepresentativeDwyer Marble & Stone Role OverviewOwn and grow a defined territory by driving new business, expanding key accounts, and building Dwyer’s House of Brands presence that delivers consistent revenue growth, strong margins, and long-term client partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed territory revenue targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Grow existing accounts through increased penetration and product expansion Develop and launch Brand programs with strategic partners Educate clients on product offerings, industry trends, and value-based selling Position solutions that emphasize value over price Manage territory strategy, identify opportunities, and execute growth plans Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and market trends Participate in company and industry events Performance Metrics Territory revenue growth (%) New account acquisition (volume and revenue) Pipeline activity and value Opportunity conversion rates Account penetration (share of wallet) Brand program placements and expansion Qualifications3+ years of sales or territory management experience with proven growth Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to travel within 4 hours and overnight stays Preferred QualificationsExperience in stone, tile, building materials, or design industries Experience selling premium or value-based products Existing relationships with fabricators, builders, or K&B professionals Compensation & BenefitsExpected Year 1 Earnings: $85,000 – $150,000+ Competitive base salary + commission Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance (BC/BS) 401K with company contribution Auto/gas allowance and company-issued technology Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training and development About Dwyer Marble & StoneFamily-owned since 1995, Dwyer Marble & Stone is a leading importer and distributor of natural stone, quartz, and porcelain surfaces.
