Role: Oracle Cloud Consultant (Record-to-Report (R2R) - Fixed Assets / Lease | Operate)Location: Hybrid (Austin , Texas) Duration: 12+ Months ContractRole SummaryWe are seeking an Oracle Cloud R2R (Fixed Assets/Leases) support professional to deliver L2/L3 post-production support. The role focuses on resolving critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, and enhancing monitoring and runbooks in line with Operate support standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting, including incident triage, defect resolution, and prevention of recurring issues. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities such as accounting, reconciliations, and close readiness while coordinating with Finance and IT teams. Troubleshoot transactions like asset additions, retirements, depreciation, lease schedules, remeasurements, and terminations, along with downstream impacts. Monitor integrations, data loads, and batch jobs using tools like FBDI, APIs, and middleware, ensuring error handling and reprocessing. Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles, and support minor enhancements and controlled production changes. Assist in Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and validation.Requirements5+ years of Oracle Financials Cloud experience in Fixed Assets or Lease Accounting, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. ITIL and reporting tool exposure is a plus.
