If you are a motivated professional looking for a long‑term fit where you can grow in a role and will be valued and empowered, we invite you to apply to our Senior Construction/Labor Law Trial Attorney position in our White Plains office.Flexible, hybrid working arrangement.ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a caseload involving insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability, or construction (NYS Labor Law)Work closely with other attorneys, team members, and partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsQualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of New York8+ years of defense litigation experienceExperience with construction (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241) matters, insurance defense, premises liability, and/or general liabilityExperience appearing in court for OSHA hearings is a plusSuperior analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage a caseload independently and responsiblyLegal project management experience is helpfulCompensation$190,000 — $225,000 USDBenefitsThis position is considered full‑time and therefore qualifies for benefits including a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
