The NP/PA will provide high-quality primary care services, including comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning, with a strong emphasis on patient education and preventive care.Key Responsibilities:Deliver patient-centered care in senior living facilitiesConduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plansCollaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations QualificationsActive California NP or PA license1–2 years in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care preferredAbility to work independently in a mobile/field environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExpertise as a Nurse Practitioner and in NursingProficiency in Primary Care and MedicineStrong clinical judgment and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to patient-centered and compassionate care
