We're seeking a hands-on, driven, and guest-obsessed General Manager to lead our front office house team to excellence. The General manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to drive service, profitability, and team culture.Position Summary:As General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring staff, driving financial performance, and maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be the face of the restaurant and the key driver of its success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all restaurant operations with an emphasis on guest satisfaction, quality control, and team performanceHire, train, schedule, and develop team members across both FOH and BOHMonitor and control inventory, food and labor costs, and other P&L metricsMaintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurantEnsure all health and safety regulations are consistently followedDevelop and execute service strategies to improve sales and efficiency during high-volume hoursHandle guest concerns quickly and professionallyFoster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leadership role (preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced concept)Proven track record of managing food and labor costsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and effective under pressurePassion for hospitality and team developmentWorking knowledge of restaurant management software, scheduling tools, and POS systemsServSafe Certification or ability to obtainExtensive OpenTable experienceToast POS experience preferred Preferred but Not Required: Experience with small plates, tapas, or shared dining conceptsKnowledge of beverage program managementHow to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your leadership style and why you're a fit for our fast-paced, hospitality-driven concept.
