Drywall PM/Estimator
Company OverviewOur client is an established commercial interior contractor delivering high-quality drywall, framing, and carpentry solutions throughout the northeast region. Our client is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to support and lead upcoming projects.Position OverviewThe Construction Project Manager will oversee commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within approved budgets and schedules.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage detailed project plans encompassing scheduling, labor, materials, and cost controlsBuild, monitor, and maintain project budgets, including estimating, purchasing, and expense trackingDirect on-site operations and lead subcontractors and field personnel to meet production and quality expectationsServe as the main client liaison, providing consistent communication, progress updates, and issue resolutionEnsure all work complies with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements through routine site reviewsProactively identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays or cost impactsMaintain and update construction schedules to ensure milestone and completion targets are achievedPrepare written and verbal progress reports for leadership and project stakeholdersQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of construction project management experienceDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field preferred but not mandatoryWorking knowledge of estimating or project management platforms such as Procore, OST, QuickBid, Plexis, or comparable systemsSolid understanding of commercial construction practices, materials, and regulatory standardsStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with jobsite safety requirements and applicable building codesThis description outlines the general nature of the role and does not represent a comprehensive list of all responsibilities.Compensation & BenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Competitive compensation aligned with experienceMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off, holidays, and summer FridaysLong-term career growth and professional development opportunities
