Passionate, fanatical, and driven, they consistently exceed individual sales goals by cultivating a loyal clientele base. Stylists are dedicated to delivering an exceptional styling experience that leaves every client saying, "I LOVE AKIRA!" each time they shop with us.Essential FunctionsDelivering outstanding customer service by following AKIRA's 5 Steps of Selling.Offering expert styling advice and trend insights to clients.Thoughtfully curating merchandise to create complete, head-to-toe looks for clients.Managing and personalizing fitting rooms to enhance the client experience.Building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.Contributing to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store.Maintaining a thorough understanding of AKIRA's product offerings.Exceeding individual sales goals with determination and focus.Collaborating to meet and exceed the store's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
