Salary & Bonuses - Up to $65,000 first year*: Base Salary $50,000 to $55,000 per annum (the "ANNUAL BASE SALARY") commensurate with years of experience. In addition, Assistant General Manager shall receive a $5,000 Retention Bonus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Retention Bonus program and continued employment through the applicable bonus payment date. The Retention Bonus shall be paid in two parts – to be discussed during interview. Assistant General Managers Bonus Program: In this role, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, which is paid out every period. The Top 10% Assistant General Managers have the ability to earn up to $5,000 per year based on store performance. Hold a valid driver’s license. Able to pass a criminal background check. Essential Functions: Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts. Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment. Ability to effectively communicate and follow direction. Maintain a valid driver’s license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage.
