We have a great opportunity for you as "Lab Engineer" role based in "Frankfurt, Germany- Onsite" Which is "Permanent" PositionTwo to Five years of lab operations management experience – Unboxing mobile phones, phone preparation services including management of qualified phone testers, app testers.Device receipt/verification, maintain device inventory, audit devicesDevice Updates and Upgrades: Manage device software updates and upgrades for operating system ensuring optimal performance and security.Application Setup: Install and configure essential applications on devices, including custom applications per business requirements.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, connectivity problems, application errors, and other technical challenges related to mobile devices.Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of provisioned devices per customer requirement.Education: Associate / technician / engineering degree in Computer science or related field.
