Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of Haidilao.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, deliver and/or serve items weighing up to 20-40 pounds throughout the entire shift (6-8 hours)Ability to stand and walk continually throughout the entire shift (6-8 hours)Ability to bend, stoop and reach for products and itemsAbility to work in various temperature environments, for example low temperature in the refrigerator and high temperature in the cooking areaAbility to clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitationAbility to work in loud areas, for example, the music for special performance and/or loud noise from the dishwasher machineAbility to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hoursEducation & Qualifications:High school diploma, or equivalent work experience.California Food Handler CertificateFluent in English / Preferred languages: Mandarin and SpanishResponsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness of the entire restaurant at all times, including the common areas, the restrooms, and waiting areasResponsible for the management of the sauce barMake sure the sauce and dishes at the sauce bar section are replenished on timeMaintain the cleaning equipment to avoid waste and unnecessary expensesDisplay welcome manner when meeting customers' reasonable requestReport any lost item to the manager immediately after foundDeal with any ad-hoc incidents instantly and adequately, such as vomiting or the broken tableware, etcFollow safety procedures and policy strictlyAssist colleagues actively and ensure customer satisfactionPerforms other related duties as assignedRequirements:Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamworkPrevious janitorial experience is preferredGood attitude and professionalism are a mustObtain the California Food Handler Certificate
