Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home Health experience is required Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase EMR) is required Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Schedule flexibility is required to meet patient needs Participation in weekend rotation may be necessary Potential to float to other nearby agencies as needed Location Highlights Farmington Hills, MI, offers a blend of urban and suburban lifestyles.
