Technical Consultant (Doc Ops)

OverviewJob PurposeThe Product Services Technical Consultant is responsible for the end‐to‐end configuration, development, testing, deployment, and quality assurance of custom mortgage forms within ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass Document Solution (EDS). This role partners closely with internal product, development, publishing, and compliance teams, as well as directly with clients and investors, to define requirements and deliver high‐quality form solutions from concept through production.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, create, update, and deploy custom mortgage forms within Encompass Document Solution (EDS)Partner with clients and investors to define project scope, requirements, and expectationsManage and coordinate form development projects through the full lifecycle, following Doc Services workflowsCollaborate with cross‐functional internal teams to communicate requirements and ensure timely deliveryConduct detailed QA and production testing to ensure accuracy and complianceDocument project details, progress, and outcomes accurately in CRM systemsMonitor project milestones, manage pipelines, and drive service‐level performanceMaintain departmental standards, quality metrics, and professional client communicationsRequired Experience & Knowledge6+ years of mortgage industry or product development experience (or 2+ years with a bachelor's degree)Experience with desktop loan origination systems (LOS)Project management and pipeline management experienceStrong understanding of mortgage documentation and form development processesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointCore Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilitiesClient‐focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationshipsAbility to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex projectsCollaborative team player with a proactive, results‐driven approachTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologiesProfessional composure under pressure and commitment to quality outcomes#LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
